How to reproduce the issue?
1. Open the transmission bit torrent client.
2. Add a torrent which has more number of files in it.
3. Right click on the added torrent and click on Properties.
4. A new Properties window will open. In that open the Files tab.
5. There you must be able to view all the files and folders present in the
torrent. There the scrollbar on the right of the window is not working properly.
