I can't think of a reason why this wouldn't work. Has anything else
changed in the environment? Are you now trying this behind a firewall
that wasn't there before?

For better chances of resolving this, you should attach logs from vpnc,
preferably debugging logs. You can achieve this easily by starting vpnc
with --debug 3
