I modified the script a bit so that it's easier to reproduce the problem. Now I can always reproduce it, sometimes on the first few loops, sometimes on the 150th process spawned.
May I also note that there seems to be another bug in twisted which makes gtk/reactor programs hang on exit, so Ctrl+\ is needed to terminate the script. That doesn't happen on Debian testing with the same python-twisted-core version, so maybe the problem is in debian/patches/00_gi_gtk3reactor.patch. ** Attachment added: "scriptchecker-twisted.py" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/twisted/+bug/949685/+attachment/2833029/+files/scriptchecker-twisted.py -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/949685 Title: When running processes a process regularly gets stuck and does not complete To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/twisted/+bug/949685/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
