Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:

1) Perform search for installed package (e.g. "monodev" results in the "Mono
Develop" package being returned at the top of the list)
2) Select first entry so that the "Remove" button is displayed
3) Amend search string so another installed package is returned top of the list
(e.g. change string to "mono" and "Mono Runtime" package becomes first item in
results)

Expected Behaviour:

Installed package has a "Remove" button

Actual Behaviour:

Installed package has an "Install" button (yet it also has a Green Tick overlay
suggesting it knows it is installed).
Clicking "Install" results in the "Remove" behaviour occuring, leading to
confusion.
