I tried to reproduce this by installing the package in Ubuntu Precise, but I
didn't encounter any problems. Could you please try to run
sudo apt-get update
and then check if you still have this problem? If it is still present, please
also include whether you are running 32bit or 64bit version ofUbuntu.
