I have noticed that when this error occurs, Aptana (Eclipse) becomes unresponsive. I haven't noticed this happening with any other application, nor have I been able to reproduce the bug. If another user has the same problem and also uses Eclipse I immagine it would be a nice clue. Let me know if there is any further information I can provide.
