Don't know why but until now with this BIOS change I have no furter freezes. I noticed a fan is running permanetely. But I am not sure if this was the case before I enabled Network boot option in BIOS. Only issue now is the message when BIOS message "Network not availabel" or so, because I had to enable "Network boot" and to set in BIOS boot order "Network boot" to the top. I think I can live with this workaround but it is worth no know why it works now!
