You have seen the differences between Feisty Alternate Installation and Feisty Desktop Installation? sdx, hdx or mixed? It is correct? Also in both installations I had a lot of problems which CD-ROM and DVD-ROM mounting, and I can't add Feisty CD as a repository with "sudo apt-cdrom add" command.
