** Description changed:

- It is quite hard to explain this issue for a general case. So I'll try
- to exam the scenario where I faced this issue. I had 2 evince document
- reader windows open. Then I opened a new pdf file using firefox and
- asked firefox to open the file using the document reader. As the file
- was being downloaded, I clicked on the document viewer icon which
- displayed the two open documents side-by-side with a dull background.
- When the 3rd file was downloaded, though document viewer opened the
- file, it was not displayed along with these two. I had to click on the
- evince icon once again to go to the normal and then I clicked on the
- same icon to see all 3 windows side-by-side. I think this should not be
- the case. As and when the 3rd file finished downloading, it should be
- displayed along with the other documents.
+ 1. open a jpg image in the image viewer
+ 2. open another image
+ 3. open terminal and type 'sleep 5; eog'
+ 4. double click on the image viewer icon in the launcher
+
+ What happens:
+ after 5 seconds a new eog window opens but it does not show in the Scale.
+
+ What should happen:
+ The newly opened window should make its way into the scale.
