Public bug reported:
Having upgraded to precise, the boot process keeps hanging with the
message to 'wait for partition' before boot completion. The system
always has to wait for the lvm based swap. This didn't happen
previously, and I'm not sure precisely why it hangs now, whereas it
didn't before. The rest of the boot completes normally, and the swap is
activated as expected, however it takes longer, and presents an error
message - perhaps components are enabled too late for the mount point?
