looking through the bugs I assume it's fixed by libdbusmenu r284 and in
0.5.93-0ubuntu2, some people have started nautilus before getting that
version though and their nautilus process is running on the buggy
version until they hit that bugs, the number of bugs should tame down if
I'm right
