New: In the description (the latter only with 'xrandr') I used 'xrandr' from the Ubuntu Startup, to set the refresh rate in every login. This can cause problem, like the Display Properties panel and the resolution changing with it also.
BUT: If I use 'xrandr' from the terminal, the resolution/refresh rate changing works without problems (only minor GUI bugs, like disappearing top panels, etc...).
