Yes, it is reproducible on my Acer 1810t Notebook, but it seems not to
happen when I use my HDMI Output and connect to my Toshiba LCD-TV using
this screen only. However, when I use Unity 3D the normal way, it just
as I descibed the bug above.

The "bug" (I hope you w'ont call it a feature ;) that clicking on a
window after using Super+S which only slighty overlaps into another
virtual desktop (might be just a few pixel) w'ont change the desktop
also happens on my other desktop PC, on which I'm using Ubuntu 11.10
too.
