I have been having the same problem. Though when I tried to run "apport-collect
892258". I got the error saying
"ERROR: connecting to Launchpad failed: Unable to find the server at
launchpad.net
You can reset the credentials by removing the file
'/home/Johann/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials'"
When I searched for it, it did not show up
