Loïc: I'm going to disagree with your well written comment and say that not trying to force which kernel/OS is resumed to is dangerous. It doesn't matter if you resume to a different OS - if ANY of the partitions mounted are shared between OSes booting to a different OS to the one hibernated and mounting a common partition can lead to severe data corruption! See Bug #3221 for my request for this behaviour.
