Update - used another machine:
I seemed to have figured out that only large files were affected. I
uploaded a bunch of small LibreOffice-Documents and everything worked as
expected. Uploading a large .psd was leading in loss of connection,
Internal Errors and so on.
Only a few minutes later and without any hint, small files threw
exceptions too. Here's one of such a small file. As you can see its the
same error as mentioned above, but this time it's the original ubuntuone
client from the oneiric packages and another computer:
