wao viva ubuntu because I can help you without Mr. Kobayashi-san : ubuntu Japanese team... But I can't understand this bug will reproduce, or was it a one time event cause when the bug produce ubuntu automaticaly report it to here "bugs.launchpad.net" but ubuntu don't follow this bug automaticaly
