I'm sorry I'm having technical problems.
I went to the last link you gave me and downloaded
linux-headers-3.3.0-030300rc7_3.3.0-030300rc7.201203101735_all.deb
update, upgrade and then I installed the deb via Software-Center. Reboot. Sudo
halt, same problem.
Then I tried to regenerate GRUB, as I might have booted the wrong kernel:
$ sudo update-grub
Generating grub.cfg ...
Found linux image: /boot/vmlinuz-3.2.0-18-generic
Found initrd image: /boot/initrd.img-3.2.0-18-generic

Found memtest86+ image: /boot/memtest86+.bin
Found Windows 7 (loader) on /dev/sda1
done
There's no 3.3... what did I do wrong?
