IANA db already contains the changes for new chile timezone. Just download the
source tzdata package (apt-get source tzdata), unpack it, download the new IANA
file (https://www.iana.org/time-zones/repository/releases/tzdata2012b.tar.gz),
unpack inside package source directory and rebuild the package.
Could anyone who has the power please rebuild the packages in the repositories,
so that I don't have to fix all my machines one by one. Thanks
