Public bug reported:
This has started happening very recently; in the last week or so, I
think.
What happens is that when I resize the window, the toolbox containing
widgets, moves upwards out of the screen. It is very strange behavior.
It seems to mostly happen when I make the window larger. If I then
expand one of the widget groups, then it comes back down somewhat, but
it's no solution. And eventually, it disappears altogether, making it
completely unusable.
