Public bug reported:
When I try to "catch" scrollbar in a unmaximizes nautilus windows with
my HP 2560p touchpad ,scrollbar disappear too quickly . It's quite
impossible to catch in with cursor . It seems like "catching zone" has
a too small area and that the reveal area is not the same that catching
area .. so i can make scrollbar appear and when I try to put my cursor
on it with touchpad in order to 'catch" it . scrollbar disappear.
The issue comes only in unmaximized nautilus window and with touchpad.
no bug in other apps , with trackpoint or external mouse.
