Public bug reported:

Hi,

I am using ubuntu 12.04 amd64 with all latest updates.

When pidgin is running and I right-click on the launcher-icon and in the menu
onto "Quit" it still runs in the background.

The only workaround: in the Menu (when pidgin is opened and focus on it) click
on "Buddies" --> "Quit".

Regards,
Arthur
