When unity-greeter loads, the keyboard focus is on the password entry
field, if the first account in the list uses a password. Pressing tab
navigates to the session options button, and pressing shift + tab
navigates back to the login button/password entry. However when
navigating to the menu bar, either by opening a menu with the mouse, or
pressing F10, and then exiting the menus with the escape key, keyboard
focus seems to get screwed up somehow. Focus returns to the password
entry field/login button, and pressing tab navigates to the session
options button, but it is no longer possible to navigate back to the
password entry/login button with shift tab.
