quick hack to fix this is:
/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.7/Hellanzb/HellaReactor.py
change lines 14 and 15 to
from twisted.internet.posixbase import _NO_FILENO
from twisted.internet.posixbase import _NO_FILEDESC
