This may be a duplicate of bug #110340.
I've just installed audacity and the restricted formats package on
feisty. I am getting the following error when I try and install in
synaptic:
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/vcf-plugins_0.0.5-0ubuntu1_i386.deb: trying
to overwrite `/usr/lib/ladspa/vcf_cv_in.so', which is also in package
vcf
>From this I presume that /vcf_cv_in.so is in both vcf and vcf-plugins.
This is obviously a bad thing.
