Here is the printing bug info- I figured out what I was doing wrong.  Note
that the Canon is no longer attached as that is the only way the HP will
stay local and usable.  Also, I have tried the MP 500 driver, the IP4200
driver and some drivers listed on the canon australia website in an effort
to get max use out of my canon printer.  The au drivers is why the "feedback
to Canon ILJ) shows up on the local host 631 website (screenshot already
posted on launchpad).  Could having tried all of these drivers caused a
problem?  Thanks for any help!  I will reinstall the Canon printer and run
the printing bug info again and send results.  Thanks!
