  3) What is expected to happen via the Terminal:

  cd ~/Desktop && wget

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/keepassx/+bug/878977/+attachment/2868259/+files/example.kdb
  && keepassx example.kdb

  password = example

  is when one uses KeePassX in Firefox, go to website:
  http://www.broadband.gov

  click Test my broadband speed now

  and have a keepassx entry whose comment is:

  Auto-Type-Window: Consumer Broadband Test *
  Auto-Type: {TAB}example{TAB}{TAB}example{TAB}nn{TAB}11111{ENTER}
  Auto-Type-Window: The National Broadband Plan: Connecting America *
  Auto-Type: {TAB}example{TAB}{TAB}example{TAB}nn{TAB}11111{ENTER}

  it autotypes when using keyboard combinations and no further problems
  occur.

  4) What happens instead is keepassx does not autotype, and any future
  attempts to autotype against this entry or any other existing or newly
  created entires does not work.

- WORKAROUND: Restart keepassx.
+ WORKAROUND: Restart keepassx. This workaround does not allow me to enter
+ in the desired autotype, but it recovers autotype for other websites and
+ their entries.
