Please sync sendmail (universe) 8.14.1-4 from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
As Debian Policy says, Standards-Version must be 3.7.2 (Ubuntu version uses 
3.6.10.0).
