hi Scott

this issue is with a fresh .wine1.4 install, so there is no fonts listed
inside /windows/Fonts/ as expected, meaning no wingdings around too as
since a while now wine is supposed to use fonts-opensymbol, aka
opens__.ttf.

I cant tell exactly when this have happened as i recently re-use this
indicator which need to draw arrows, but it was working even after you
modified the fonts dependency and removed the ttf-replacement.

That said , with such config, code 233 & 234 draw something wrong ("é" & "ê")
instead of "arrows". So the questions can be:
- " does wine1.4 actually really use fonts-opensymbol" ?
- does these codes now mean different symbols due to the unicode config ?
- if its not unicode , then which package draw these wrong symbols ?

Of course if i copy the wingdings.ttf inside /windows/Fonts/, then the
arrows are well drawn with the indicator, but i should not need to use
it as opensymbol is supposed to set these special symbols (indeed i've
tried to use the other codes, not only 233 & 234, and the problem is the
same).

Libreoffice calc:
- cantarell latin-1 : "é" equal to U+00E9 (233), "ê" equal to U+00EA (234)
- opensymbol : checked all the symbols, none have 233 or 234, as most are
U+???? coded

So now the problem is more clear: cantarell codes are used, and this
have happened with the unicode transition. Now i need to check if MT4
(metaquotes) is able to understand unicode symbols inside its indicator
coding, but its not that bug report subject.
