Public bug reported:
The problem exists since several Ubuntu releases and it occurs currently
regularly when I try to watch a video with firefox. It's not just vids
from ZDF Mediathek (German television channels online lib) but also with
youtube videos. I do not have a problem when playing videos from dvd
with vlc, for instance. Always the same procedure: The screen freezes,
the sound gets repeated and neither any action from the keyboard nor the
mouse is not recognised.
