Public bug reported:
Installed Libreoffice 3.5.1 from the official DEBS. When I run for
example Writer and open any of the menus (File, Edit) the menu opens in
the wrong screen (screen other that that of the application). I'm on
64bit 12.04 fully updated (as of 18.03.2012).
