Public bug reported:
When I run the following command:
$ sudo service lightdm restart
on a system which has lightdm (installed, in use) and xdm (installed,
not in use), I get an error message in the TTY:
"xdm is not default"
It's stuck there and I reboot at that point. Expected lightdm to
restart.
