Disabling hibernation is a good choice, but why not disabling suspend
also ? on UX31 it corrupts memory for example.

ubuntu should provide a graphical way for a user to Reenable Hibernation
with a warning message about the probability of failure.

You can't ship 12.04 without this IMO.
