Binary package hint: kdenetwork
When trying to share a folder in KDE using kpf, (right click on folder >
properties > Sharing) the applet cannot be started if the KDE panels are
locked.
Although this makes sense, it would be nice for the user to receive a better
errormessage than "failed to start".
(I discovered the solution by coincidence... I really thought that something
was broken)
