Currently launcher reacts once process has been started, not while
loading.
Current: Unity shows Application icon once the program has started.
Expected: Show Application icon once clicked.
Reasoning: Immediate feedback that something is happening, being able to kill
heavy/incorrect/misbehaving app while starting
