Done, and the message still appears every time I boot up, including
references to VirtualBox components and the key address '35ee1000'. I'm
still able to get e-mail and browse, and an interesting note is that now
V'Box appears to work, and I'm able to load and run my W/Xp V-machine.
So some of the V'Box kernel components muct be getting attached.

I also tried un-installing DKMS, but the boot message persists, so
whatever corruption occurred is still there. I get lots of warnings and
messages, but the basic system with mail, browsing, and VirtualBox-W/XP
still appear to work. I'll wait this out for a week or three, or maybe
until V12.04 non-beta is released, then try to re-install the latest.
