*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 872207 ***
    https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/872207

After reading the comments on bug #872207 I do not believe that this is
a duplicate.

The context menu displays & functions correctly in all cases bar web
page hyperlinks.

The context menu elsewhere is seemingly triggered on Right button keyup
event then desired action can be selected by Left button keyup event.

However, with hyperlinks, the context menu is triggered on Right button
keydown event & action fired on Right button keyup event. This gives the
impression of the menu not appearing and the default (first in menu)
option automatically triggering.

Therefore, you can achieve what you desire by not releasing the Right
button and moving mouse over required list item & then releasing Right
button on selected item. This though is not consistent with the rest of
the application or what was the norm prior to firefox 11
