Martin: I completely disagree with closing a bug such as this simply because it's not caused by the application it was directly filed against (which is not even the reporters fault -- it's apport's!).
You and I both know that this was caused by gtk+/gdk which is bound to apport to provide it's graphical UI. At minimum, a bug like this should be reassigned to the proper component, not closed. The bug doesn't just magically "go away" because you close it's ticket. This bug is still around and filed in 960167, for what it's worth. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/811586 Title: apport-gtk crashed with SIGSEGV in gdk_window_get_screen() To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apport/+bug/811586/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
