Bug is still active in the upcoming release 12.04!

I have this problem here on 2 machines (Oneiric and Natty) and very annoying to 
know, that there is an solution...
This should please backported to Lucid and the other still supported (X)Ubuntu 
versions!  -->  a normal user has no data in this path
