The fakeraid signatures are located at the end of the disk and can be
removed safely since you are not using them.  You should do so before
they cause any more problems.  If the disk has a fakeraid signature on
it, it is an error to use it outside of dmraid.

Since this is the result of a misconfiguration, I'm closing this bug.
