Public bug reported:

Apport fails to upload a crash report regarding aptdaemon, due to
“Network is unreachable” (see attached screen shots).

But the network is working correctly. I'm behind a firewall, but the
proxy is set up correctly and apport perfectly manages to submit other
crash reports, only this one fails.

This crash (and failure to report it) reproducibly happens directly
after login after rebooting the machine.
