The device is 05c6:9208 (gobi 2000) is not reccognised by the gobi-
loader, adding it to the udev rules file allows the firmware to be
loader correctly.

Please add the following to the udev rules
ATTRS{idVendor}=="05c6", ATTRS{idProduct}=="9208", RUN+="gobi_loader -2000 
$env{DEVNAME} /lib/firmware/gobi"
