Public bug reported: In software-center, clicking on Help -> Terms of service currently takes you to https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/tos Ideally this would take you to https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/tos/ (including the final slash), as this will save one 301 redirect and make the experience faster.
When you first attempt to purchase an app, it displays the same URL within a dialog.
