Public bug reported:
If switched to a list view of files and the folder is maximized or
extended from top to bottom of the screen, the scrollbar blocks being
able to select a file or folder. It gets in the way of the cursor and
moving anywhere along the bottom doesn't let you get around it as the
scrollbar follows the cursor.
