I just found out that if I specify a lower number of VFs (0-37), then it
works, but only on one interface. Anything more, and it doesn't show
any PF/VF interfaces. So it follows that there may be some limitation
on the quantity of VFs that iproute2 is able to handle. There may be a
patch, but I haven't confirmed or denied that yet.
