Yes, they are helpful. It seems you have HDMI profiles but not ports,
because your driver does not create any jacks.

Could you try to edit this file:

/usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/paths/hdmi-output-0.conf

and change this line

required-any = any

to

required-any = ignore

Restart pulseaudio (e g "pulseaudio -k", or restart your computer) for
the changes to take effect.
