Colin sent me a patched kernel 3.2.0-20-generic #32+aspm1 - this fixes
the regression in so that pcie_aspm=force works again on Zenbook!

In summary:

- 3.2 kernel currently in Ubuntu 12.04: no ASPM with or without pcie_aspm=force
- The 3.2+aspm1 kernel from Colin King: ASPM fully in action again when
pcie_aspm=force is used

So the actual regression was that even pcie_aspm=force didn't help
anymore, unlike with 3.1 kernel, and the patched kernel fixes this.
