I'm marking this as Won't Fix, as it was filed against 9.10 which is no
longer supported. It also seems like this may have been a problem with
underlying python setup scripts at the time, and I'm pretty sure it's
now fixed. Ubuntu 12.04 has Python 3.2 installed by default as well as
the default Python 2.7 runtime, and we haven't had any other reports
about this specific problem.
