Public bug reported:
I have a dual screen setup. Left is primary - 1600x900 and right is
secondary - 1920x1080
When I have an app in the primary (left) window all works as expected.
A few updates ago, I could see the top panel (with the time, etc) on
both screens. Which was nice. That is no longer happening. but that
isn;t the focus of this bug.
Now when I have an app in the secondary screen, in both normal and
maximised states, there is no application menu (global menu thing)
available. I have to move the window to the primary screen then see the
app menu select what I want and move it back to the secondary screen.
Problem with all apps that have a need for those menus.
You gotta fix this :D!

similar problem.
