Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty Fawn) on a Compaq Evo N150 as recorded here: http://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam/CompaqEvoN150 Battery monitor always states "Computer is running on AC power, Laptop battery charging", the charging percentage seems to work fine. This bug seems similar to bug# 39413, but I cannot say if it's the same.
